Horizontal Scroll: Frequently Asked Questions: Q. What type of services do you offer? A. We provide tailor made manufacturing and consultancy services in Textiles. We can develop new products using our expertise in the field of textiles. We provide Textile Testing Equipment and Testing facility for both woven and knitted fabrics. Q. How much time do you take to develop any new product? A. We don’t claim to develop any new product in no time. Development requires time and we take that. However, we work hard to minimize it. Q. How much time do you take to manufacture any existing product? A. Time varies as the type of product varies. Machinery requires from 3 to 6 months. All other items require 40 to 70 days. Q. What quality standards do you meet? A. We are not certified by any agency since yet. But we follow ISO 9001:v2000 standards on our own. Our every activity is documented and traceability is possible. Quality check is done on each level. Q. Do you claim to provide 0% defectives? A. We don’t claim to provide products with 0% defectives. It is not possible because all our products are hand made – in bulk quantity – and human error will be there. But we do claim that its % is noticeably less than other’s. In Textile Testing Equipment – we carry out extensive checks before delivery to ensure that it provides service 99%. Q. Do you have your own manufacturing facility? A. Yes. We have our own manufacturing. Most of them are under one roof at factory site. Others are situated at their concerned areas where material, labour and other requirements are available at door steps. Q. Do you provide any facility to you employees? A. Yes. We follow government rules. We provide Social Security and Old Age Benefit to every employee through contribution to government. On the other hand we take special care of them within factory and at their homes too. Q. Do you have some security plan for your factory? A. Yes. We have appointed guards at the main gates who take care and document every activity of persons and goods.
